Our luxury Villa Emir located in Patara , 15 km to Kalkan  has 4 guest capacity with 2 bedroom.  The living area is furnished with contemporary elements with American style kitchen. Extras: Before welcoming our guests we make sure that our villas are well cleaned up. If our guests demand extra cleaning like bed linen etc., there will be extra payment to be charged. 

Essential Informations: Electricity, water, gas etc fees are included in the prices. Vacation  and health insurance, flight tickets  and extra bed linen etc are not included in the prices.

Our villages are cleaned disinfected on regular basis. However, please be aware that there might be insects, butterflies etc. around since this location is a tourist attraction for being in touch with nature.
