Our luxury  villa Blue Sirena located in Kalkan Kördere area has 4 people capacity with 2 bedrooms with sauna and nature and sea view .  At the living area, there are well modern design lounge groups and American style kitchen. Our luxury villa are built with modern architecture understanding and quality items were used in the interior design. The private pool and the garden of the villa are sheltered from the environment. In this context it is appropriate  for conservative families and honeymoon couples. There are also sauna for make you relax and enjoying in your vacation. We are strongly recommended our luxury villa to the guests who planning to have a magnificient vacation.

Damage Deposit: it is taken 1000 TL for the  probability of occurance any damage. If there is any problem at the check-out , the charge is gave back to the guest.

Extras: Our villas are delivered to the guest as clean. If there would be demand for extra cleaning like bed linen etc, extra payment is charged for this.Pool heating is optional and it  can be opened for 500 TL.

Essential Informations:Electricity, water, gas etc fees are included in the prices. Vacation  and health insurance, flight tickets  and extra bed linen etc are not included in the prices.Disinfestations are done regulalary in our villas. Nevertheless there are prbability of existence of insect, butterflies etc because of the location of the villa where located in  touch with  nature.  It is not %100 guaranteed to not visible from the outside. There is &5 avoidance share in these kinds of villas.

Kalkan in terms of its geographical location, it is built on a slope. It should go up to hill  to reach the villas where located in Kalkan-Kordere Area.
