The outside space is extremely well designed with a swimming pool (15x5m),(1,50m deep) 12 sun-beds & ample umbrellas. A table to seat 14 with a huge umbrella will provide you with welcome shade during the summer. We have a very large, specially made BBQ which can be used in the mature garden full of scented flowers & fruit trees creating a fantastic area for dining. There is also a bar area by the pool side.

Accessibility
It must be stressed that Kalkan is situated on the side of a steep Mountain, and this can cause issues for less able. Outside
The outside pool area at Villa Montana provides exceptional space for 14 people. Plenty of sunbeds, Sun umbrellas & one large Umbrella provide welcome shade.The villa has a bar side on the pool side. The gardens are established and have sweet scented flowers combining with orange, lemon,kiwi,olive and pine trees. The pool provides space for fun and exercise, and the out side dining furniture and loungers enable the maximum use of the idyllic location.

4 French doors out onto the pool area and back garden creates light & space.Large satellite TV, DVD,Speaker System WIFI provide entertainment. There is plenty of seating for 14.
